The
International Organization for Secure Commerce Board of Directors is
made up of professionals with extensive and complimentary backgrounds
in various areas of secure commerce and supply chain security. No
member has less than 20 years experience in their field, with some
members having 30 years or more in their industry. Our Board
serves the organization without compensation, as volunteers dedicated
to the advancement and spread of secure commerce as a business improvement
process. The Board
of Directors has three main tasks: Oversight, contribution and outreach. The
oversight function involves development and approval of the strategic
and operational plans for the organization, reviewing the finances, and
making sure the organization lives up to its own high standards. By
contributing to the development of our standards, educational curriculum
and certification requirements, the Directors help to continually
improve our programs. Finally, by acting as ambassadors, the Board
helps to inform the professional community about our organization and
its goals, ultimately increasing our membership. The IOSC Board of Directors, currently
with 7 members, consists of the following individuals:
Nelson Calzadilla, President
David Panko, Vice President
Wayne Massey, Treasurer
